Seven Stars Farm has its origins with philanthropists Mabel Pew Myrin and husband Alarik Myrin. In 1939, they purchased 1,000 acres of farmland northwest of Phoenixville, naming it Kimberton Farms. Organic, biodynamic and natural wines are increasingly apparent on menus across London's restaurants and wine bars, though most customers are unaware of the distinctions between them.
